Day 6: Pumpkin Beer & Pumpkin Pie Popcorn

For those of you who know me, you know my love and dedication to college football. More specifically, my undying devotion to the Oregon Ducks.  GO DUCKS!  For those of you unfamiliar with the stylish Oregon Football team and my love for them (yes, I just referred to my favorite football team as stylish), I'll tell you right now that they have a game tonight (vs. the Cal Bears at 6pm PST on ESPN - just in case you wanted to know).  While in my weekly game mode, I figured this was a great time to share with you one of my favorite football staples; beer. It's kind of a no-brainer football and beer are like peanut butter and jelly. Watching football without beer is simply Un-American.

This Thursday, however, I'm not just drinking any beer, since this is October and this is a 31 Day Pumpkin challenge, I wanted to share with you my favorite fall beer, Buffalo Bill's Pumpkin Ale. This infamous Pumpkin Ale is brewed with real pumpkins and spices including cinnamon and cloves.  Together they makes for a delicious beer perfect for fall, football and sharing with friends.

Another one of my favorite football snacks is popcorn. You need something to snack on to wash your beer down, right? But since this is October I'm not just making any kind of popcorn tonight I'll be making, drum roll please.......pumpkin pie spice popcorn.  All you have to do is pop your favorite bag of popcorn, add a little pumpkin pie spice, toss, serve and enjoy!
