Easy Tiramisu



One of my absolute favorite desserts to serve dinner guests is tiramisu. It's fast to make, decadent to eat, and always a crowd-pleaser. Especially in the summer, I love the rich, cool simplicity of a piece of this tiramisu, enjoyed outside in the summer sun surrounded by friends and family. While it's not quite summer yet, I'm already dreaming of the warm days and tiramisu still to come. Debi Mazar and Gabriele Corcos's traditional recipe is simple, elegant, and let's the ingredients shine on their own. I highly recommend it, but as a warning, it does have raw eggs.
