I was lucky enough to be invited to their media preview this past weekend and check out the menu. We started with the savory dishes, Sausage: Yianni's Loukaniko, Halloumi Cheese, Hard-Boiled Eggs, Bell Pepper, Onion, Harissa-Spiked Yogurt and Pita and Lamb & Eggs: Breakfast Sandwich, Scrambled Eggs & Lamb, Radish, Tomato, Onion, Avogolemono (an egg and lemon sauce), Garlic Yogurt and Feta Cheese. Both dishes were delicious and a perfect weekend hangover cure!
After savory we moved onto the sweet dishes. First, for the health conscious, Yogurt: Strauss Organic Greek Yogurt, Seasonal Market Fruits (Persimmons in this case), Fresh Mint Toasted Hazelnuts and Cretan Wildflower Honey and finally the more 'desserty' option, Toast: Greek Toast, Cinnamon & Sugar-Dusted Crispy Pita, Sour Cherry Syrup and Frozen Greek Yogurt. I've never been a huge fan of Persimmons but after Sunday I can honestly say I'm a believer. The Toast I believe speaks for itself.

Brunch will be available Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Fingers crossed they start serving breakfast during the week!)
Tip: I urge you to run, not walk, this weekend to Soulva and check out it out!
