Bites: Potato and Leek Croquettes with Gruyere and Herb Creme Fraiche, Butter Lettuce Salad with Fines Herbs and Radishes, Rabbit Rillettes with Pistachio, Cherry and Cruton, Sweetbreads Grenobloise with Sweet Onion, Capers and Brown Butter, Quail a la Chasseur with Mushrooms, Savory Cabbage and Vin Jaune, Steak Frites with Jus aux Herbes, Watercress and Sauce Choron, Pommes Frites with Aioli, Epoisses Toast, Crepe Facon Gateau with Huckleberry, Pear, Almond and Creme Fraiche and Palmier Ice Cream with Calvados Caramel

Favorite Bites: Epoisses Toast and Palmier Ice Cream (Note: Although we did not try it I'd like to the the Sea Urchin with White Verjus and Seafood Sausage next time.)
