Let's be honest, I've had some fantastic meals this week. And with a list of at least 10 more restaurants and only one night left I had a hard decision to make. After much consideration, I decided to go with a DC staple, Le Diplomate.
Le Diplomate is a two year old Stephen Starr restaurant which "pays homage to French cafe culture" by offering French classics such as Onion Soup Gratinee, Steak Frites and Escargots. Le Diplomate also offers a fruits de mer menu, regional french cheeses, crusty house-made baguettes and an extensive wine list.
Le Diplomate will not only transport you to Paris, it's also great people watching!
What: Le Diplomate - Chef Stephen Starr's two year old French brasserie.

Decor: Casual and inviting French style brasserie
